Welcome to Pandemica. Created for ONE and later adopted by the W.H.O., Pandemica is an animated series that makes the dangers of vaccine inequity clear: if the vaccine isn’t everywhere, this pandemic isn’t going anywhere – Covid would just keep circling the globe, mutating and creating new variants.
Voiced by Bono, Penelope Cruz, Kumail Nanjiani, Danai Gurira, Michael Sheen, Wanda Sykes and 25 other celebrities, Pandemica’s cast of critters and creatures brought the message to life, attracting the attention of the global media, legislators and the public at large and sparking in-depth discussion of the issue. The campaign was adapted into 15 languages and nearly 400 assets.
